Mayfair Real Estate provides real estate brokerage, property management, and advisory services in the UAE. We act as intermediaries between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. All transactions are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman.

We make every effort to ensure property details, pricing, and availability information are accurate and up to date. However, all property information is subject to change without notice and should be verified independently before any commitment.
4. Commission and Fees
Commission rates and any applicable fees will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Standard real estate commission in the UAE applies. Additional services such as property management are subject to separate fee schedules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mayfair Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on information provided. Property investment carries inherent risks.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.
